HR Advisor

HR Advisor £20 - £25 per hour PAYE Location: Predominantly homebased with travel to sites as and when needed (travel expensed) Contract: 3 months minimum but likely to be extended due to workload. Must Have: A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads. NOTES: The purpose of the role is to support with new business they have won The expansion will be increasing headcount, sites and therefore support from a HR perspective is crucial. This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor or someone stepping up in a junior HRBP position. EXPERIENCE THAT IS ESSENTIAL: 5 years’ experience minimum in a similar role. End to end ER case management. Must be able to hold various ER meetings around redundancies and consultations. TUPE transfer management and the processes around this.
